Who we are
New Braunfels Fence Pros is an independent referral service for fence projects in New Braunfels and nearby towns. We are not a fence contractor. We don't build fences, set prices, or collect payment for fence work.
What happens when you contact us
- You call (830) 626-9775 or send the request form.
- We pass your request to a participating local fence contractor who serves your area. Calls to our number may be forwarded straight to that contractor.
- The contractor contacts you, looks at the job and gives you a quote.
- You decide whether to hire them. If you do, your agreement, payment and warranty are between you and the contractor.
How we're paid
Contractors pay us for referrals. Homeowners never pay us anything. That doesn't change what you pay the contractor, which is between you and them.
What we share
We share the details you give us (name, phone, email, location and project details) with the contractor we refer you to, so they can contact you about your project. Calls may be recorded so we can confirm referrals and improve service. See our privacy policy.
Tips for hiring any fence contractor
- Get the quote in writing, with gates, tear-out and haul-off itemized.
- Ask for proof of liability insurance.
- Ask who calls 811 and who handles any permit or HOA approval.
- Ask what the warranty covers and for how long.
- Be careful with large upfront payments.
